International networks and projects
This is the line of work responsible for managing relationships and projects with organisations outside Euskadi VET, including internationally.
The main objective is to generate and take care of settings for collaboration with Basque, national, and international organisations and institutions that enrich iTlent's activity.
This line is important because:
- In a globalised world such as the one we live in, it is essential to both monitor what they are doing in other countries and to collaborate with other institutions around the world to face the challenges of the present and of the future in education.
- This allows us to remain up-to-date on the latest trends in other countries, as well as participate in knowledge transfer processes, sharing our experiences and good practises and receiving feedback that helps us to improve our work.
- This contributes to enriching the culture of collaboration and innovation in vocational educational training (VET).
- It helps to position Euskadi VET as a national and worldwide role model in VET.
We focus work on different scopes of action:
On one hand, we participate in collaboration programmes with other autonomous communities.
Internationally, we foster the participation of leading international VET networks, contributing to knowledge transfer processes.
Additionally, we actively participate in different education research and innovation projects related to VET that are funded by the European Union or other international bodies.
At the moment, we are participating in the European project QUEEN, which is carried out within the framework of the Interreg Europe programme and co-financed by the European Union.
The aim of the QUEEN project is to help young people and adults to access better job opportunities by improving apprenticeship policies across Europe, adapting them to changing labour markets, and fostering inclusive and sustainable career pathways for all.
In the case of FP Euskadi, "The Basque Education System Profesional Guidance Plan 2023 -2026" is going to be used as regional Policy instrument to be worked in this project
