Collaboration

In the current globalization scenario, the importance of working in collaborative and cooperative environments in the educational field is undeniable. This way of understanding education transcends geographical boundaries, promoting the creation of work and collaboration networks, and their implementation with the purpose of optimizing their potential.

In this sense, it is essential not only to observe the initiatives developed in other countries, but also to establish cooperative links with institutions at regional, state and international levels, in order to jointly face current and future educational challenges. This approach enables a constant review and updating of emerging trends in other educational systems, while favoring participation in international knowledge transfer processes.

With this objective as a guiding principle, the Basque Talent Institute promotes and actively participates in a variety of projects and collaboration spaces with organizations and institutions outside of FP Euskadi, both at a national and international level. These strategic alliances are intended to enhance and optimize the activities developed by iTlent, thus favoring an opening towards different contexts, which reinforce, enrich and promote continuous improvement of our activity.

The aim of the QUEEN project is to help young people and adults to access better job opportunities by improving apprenticeship policies across Europe, adapting them to changing labour markets, and fostering inclusive and sustainable career pathways for all.

In the case of FP Euskadi, "The Basque Education System Profesional Guidance Plan 2023 -2026" is going to be used as regional Policy instrument to be worked in this project
