External services
This line is responsible for accompanying organisations outside Euskadi VET, both national and from other countries, in diagnosing, designing, developing, and disseminating advanced learning models.
The main objective is to offer personalised services to different institutions within the scope of high-performance learning to develop talent in vocational educational training (VET).
This line is important because:
- We believe it is relevant that many countries and national organisations consider us to be a role model and show interest in our model and work method.
- We believe that VET and education in general should be based on shared learning models that are accessible to those who wish to transform their systems.
- On the pathway to excellence, for iTlent, this is an extraordinary opportunity to collaborate with other organisations to continue learning and to improve our Euskadi VET system.
- In practise, we demonstrate that collaborative networks help other systems to transform their learning models.
Experience has shown us that transformation strategies for learning models do not provide satisfactory results if they are not adapted to their context. Our ETHAZI model works well and offers the ability to adapt as required for each institution.
For this reason, we believe it is important to begin with a deep diagnosis of the context in which the entity requesting our collaboration lives: culture, relational style, geographic distribution, etc. It is important to have first-hand knowledge of all the organisation's details, as well as everything they wish to change.
Beginning with this diagnosis, we tackle a collaborative process to design and adapt our methodological proposals to the required context. This joint design process encourages people from the organisation to learn about implementation processes and strategies.
As a third step, we test and evaluate the suitability of the design in a practical scenario that is coherent with the organisation's strategy. Throughout this entire process, iTlent accompanies the institution or entity so that the experience is satisfactory, reinforcing its own autonomy in activating and expanding the model. Finally, and if deemed appropriate, we can also provide assessment on mechanisms to share progress and successful experiences in methodological transformation processes implemented at the institution.
